Gasthaus Taube Bizau
Honest cuisine, cozy parlors. An inn that knows where its ingredients come from — and why it's important. In Bizau, just around the corner.

The Wirtshaus Taube in Bizau is the place you stop by in the evening and stay longer than planned. Two parlors, made by local carpenters who have put time and craftsmanship into every corner. Cozy without fuss, warm without exaggeration.
Chef Michael Webendorfer, awarded a hood, cooks what the region provides — and that means a lot here. Farmers, butcheries, cheese dairies, gardeners — all from the area, all known. Traditional inn cuisine, but with the right sense for the special. Tafelspitz, onion roast, lamb ragout — and with it cheese from the Bregenzerwald cheese route, for which the Taube is a member. If you like cheese, you're lost here — in the best sense.
In summer, the guest garden is added — views of the landscape, air, peace. Nothing more is needed.
